Janis transitioned into Property Management And Real Estate services in 2007 with over 30 years of paralegal experience with emphasis in Trial Mitigation and Environmental Law. Upon her graduation from the University of Southern California, Janis began developing relationships with local City Planning and Development keeping her ear to the ground researching and informing her clients regarding new industry legislation and regulations affecting transactions. As a long time resident of Northern California, she has built an impressive database of licensed contractors and quality service vendors that aid her real estate practice in promoting a ‘worry free’ real estate experience.
